Lead Mentor, Yvette Karan, personally reviews your application, identifies how we can best guide you and crucially determine whether you are the mentee who will take everything this opportunity gives to you and run with it. You will receive one-to-one access to your Mentor, have regularly face-to-face meetings with both your Mentor and the YLK Team, and be given the opportunity to meet with like-minded individuals, build a network of support and share experience, obstacles, strategies and results.
