The understanding of Reiki is historically attached to Japanese Buddhist understandings\, as well as other schools of thought like Chinese Meridian Theory. This belief suggests that when the meridian lines through your body are blocked\, they can create negative energy flowing through the body\, unbalancing the body and its energy. It is this negative energy that can lead to fear\, anxiety\, and confusion\, all of which stop your flow and creates illness and disharmony. \n\n\n\nReiki\, as an energy force\, enables you to really see\, and know yourself – how we as humans work and function. The discipline of meditation is all about stepping into yourself to calm the thoughts. When you hear that chatter\, that is when the discipline is needed. Meditation can be used to understand your thoughts and to understand where that chatter is really coming from. What is creating it in the first place? \n\n\n\nMeditation creates the space for change\, discovery\, and to get a better understanding of yourself. This is all about checking in with yourself; taking the time to notice what and how you are feeling will help you to improve your wellbeing. Using the simple tools of sound\, flowers\, and oracle/tarot\, you will be able to connect with a deeper understanding of self through intuitive practice and the guidance of your three hosts.\n\n \n\n \n\nAs we flow through each section of the workshop\, you will discover the meditative qualities of sound and how it can be used to find your Soul Note; you will learn how to use your intuition to understand symbolism through Oracle cards; and you will connect with flowers\, immersed in the surroundings of Rachel’s garden studio\, to connect back to yourself.\n\n After the workshop\, you will be sent a reading of your individual Soul Note\, Oracle card\, and Flower picks\, each with a unique explanation of what it means to you with an interpretation written by this workshop’s hosts. SUMMARY:Introductory Course to the 38 Bach Flower Remedies - with Katie Tildseley
DESCRIPTION:A two-day weekend course to help you understand the 38 Bach Flower Remedies and the tools to help you use them to support your own personal emotional wellbeing. \nHandouts and course materials will be provided and the weekend will consist of a combination of group discussions\, case-studies and individual reflections. There will also be opportunity to try the remedies for yourself and make a personalised remedy bottle to take home.  \nThe course will introduce you to all 38 individual Bach Flower remedies\, including rescue remedy\, and how they can be used to support individual emotional health and wellbeing.  All 38 remedies were discovered by Dr Edward Bach\, a well-known physician and homeopath from Wales. He discovered that each remedy is associated with a basic human emotion such as anxiety or trauma. Mimulus\, for example\, is a flower remedy for when we are anxious or afraid about something specific like a phobia; taking the remedy helps us overcome our fear and face it with courage.
