Reiki Masters – 15th -16th March 2025

The Reiki Master Level is the final Course within your Reiki journey. It moves away from using Reiki as a practitioner or within Reiki Treatments and instead focuses on teaching Reiki to potential Reiki students. This Course upon completion will certify you as a Reiki Master which will enable you to teach the Reiki One, Reiki Two, Advanced Reiki and Reiki Masters Courses to students. If you live far away and would like it to be virtual live then please send me an email here
In order to do this Course, you are required to have completed Reiki One, Reiki Two and Advanced Reiki. Over the span of Course, you will receive instruction on how to teach these individual Courses as you step into the role of teacher and guide to other Reiki students. This Course will help you develop your own style of teaching and strengthen your individual connection with the Reiki energy.

A Thought for You All
2021 brings a new start to a new year…with a new year people often see new opportunities, new adventures and, of course, new challenges! Some of you may have made new year resolutions and they may be the very thing that keeps you going. Whatever you do, be kind to yourself and not just in these strange times but always.
For some, the start of this year may have felt a little unexpected. For many, it would not have been a surprise. Managing the reality of where we are with where we would like to be can be challenging, especially when some of the circumstances may be out of our control. The how’s and the when’s may rely on factors outside of your influence – your external world. Being able to plan in the uncertainty we are facing at the moment is undoubtedly challenging. This is when tapping into your intuition, your inner knowing, can provide you with a great sense of calm, clarity, and understanding.
When you take the time to connect to yourself, whether it’s 5 minutes or 30, you drown out the outside world for a moment. Putting down deadlines, expectations, worries, emotions, and simply focusing on the present moment, allows you the chance to re-connect. It is in this moment of silence, a moment of stillness, when you regain your balance and focus. Ask a simple question such as “what matters most?” to help you. It is in this stillness that you are more likely to hear and pay attention to the answers. Practice this regularly and your intuitive side will grow and kick in naturally.

You may ‘connect’ in many ways…for example you may go for a run, sit in meditation, spend time with a friend (albeit virtually at the moment!), do the housework, or spend time in the garden. To connect can mean different things to each of us and the method we use to put down the stresses, worries, and emotions of our day, and listen to our own self, will be different. It is about finding what allows you to quieten those well practised thoughts and reactions. For us, if you have followed our work for sometime (or even just a short time!), you will know we advocate the use of your breath. Those small moments of taking time to breathe fully, wholly and consciously really do add up!
If you would like to deepen your connection and develop a greater sense of knowing (intuition), then Reiki is a wonderful way to do this, whether this is receiving a reiki treatment or learning how to harness the reiki energy yourself (see our upcoming events). Reiki can receive a bad press, being seen as woo-woo or a bit “airy fairy”, but the team at YLK Mentors are here to challenge that view and show you it really is quite logical.
Whatever way you choose to connect to you, we are encouraging you today to recognise when emotions are getting the better of you, when stress levels are rising or anxiety is creeping in and hit that pause button. Allow yourself to change the course of that thought process and connect…

The Reiki Master Level Refresher Course is for those who have completed their Reiki Masters with us or with someone else. This course will give you help you to refresh all you need to do. If you have taken your course with someone else then please let us know as we will ask for your certificates, this is what gains you the discount price. This Course upon completion will certify you as a Reiki Master which will enable you to teach the Reiki One, Reiki Two, Advanced Reiki and Reiki Masters Courses to students. f you live far away and would like it to be virtual live then please send me an email here

Refresher Day(s) in Reiki One
Take time for you
Life doesn’t always go to plan, your focus may have been needed elsewhere or you may simply have lost momentum. Either way a reboot in a classroom environment to remind you how to share and give the energy to yourself and/or friends and family may help. As a practitioner you may want to refresh your skills and connect with others. There is always more we can learn to improve and help ourselves and our clients.
The Refresher Courses have been devised for our previous Reiki students who have requested the chance to come back and spend time with us, to spend further time on themselves and strengthen their connection to the Reiki energy. Previous students have often found that they had a profound connection with the other students on their course and these Refresher Courses are a way to share these experiences once again whilst refreshing their knowledge of the initial course.

On a refresher day you will be joining the live Reiki training for the level you have chosen. We find that by having the mixture of students attending each level, you benefit from seeing new perspectives, discussions with beginners/past students/Masters and sharing what you have understood on your journey with Reiki. It’s a great way not only to refresh but to consolidate what you have learnt.
The Reiki One Refresher course is for you if:
- You have previously taken your Reiki One/Reiki Two with us and been issued with your certificate(s).
- You have previously taken your Reiki training with us and have not yet fully completed all elements or been issued with a certificate. If there is something in particular that you need to complete, we can help you with this on the Course. Please email us here to discuss.
- You have previously completed a Reiki One/Reiki Two in full with another Reiki Master and received a Certificate. You must supply a copy of your Certificate prior to being allowed to attend the course.
If you completed your original certification with another Reiki Master, you can gain our YLK Mentors Certificate. To do so you will be required to complete a small piece of coursework. Upon successful completion a Certificate will be issued – N.B. an additional admin charge applies for this option. Please email us here for further details.

Joining us for both days, you will refresh all elements of Reiki Two in more depth. However, it is possible for you to only refresh one day as well. -
Reiki Two
Help others on their path
Level Two Reiki isn’t just about becoming a practitioner, some of you may not want to take this step, but it is also about sharing and giving the energy to you, your friends and your family. When you began your Reiki One, the purpose may have been to heal, to get to know yourself and the feeling of Reiki. It is about an understanding of you and the power of the energy itself.
If you have completed your Reiki One and have gained your certificate then this course is your next step in Reiki.
Reiki Two enables you to take the steps in becoming a practitioner, it will help reinforce the energies within you, and give a different understanding of the energy itself.

Reiki, as an energy force, enables you to really see, and know yourself – how we as humans work and function. Therefore, by understanding yourself, you will be able to understand other people and recognise the conscious and unconscious factors in people’s actions. Reiki Two therefore, will enable you to use the Reiki energy and discipline to help others in your life and, if you wish, to help other people as a practitioner. The Course expands upon the teachings of Reiki One aimed at using the energy for yourself and your well-being in order for you to use this knowledge for the benefit of others.

This Course will provide you with a Reiki Manual, Reiki Workbook, and a Case Study Workbook in which you will need to complete to gain your certificate. It will be required for students to complete a certain number of case studies to gain your certificate. Along with this Course, after the Course itself, each student will be granted a free Q&A call with a member of the Team.

You gain first hand experience of learning from those who have already begun their journey with Reiki and helping those starting their journey…they say the best way to learn is to teach and share with another, this is one of our most exciting courses in the Reiki journey.

We have always believed that you are the only one to know what you truly want, others may help you but YOU are the only person to fulfill your dreams.Reiki One is about helping yourself, treating yourself and creating awareness for your mind and body. It will aid you to use a discipline in regards to your issues, mental, emotional and physical, to prevent you from lapsing and soaking everything up like a sponge.
Reiki Two helps strengthen the connection with you and is where you can begin to help other people and share your experience. Many people further this experience by becoming a practitioner, this is a choice and isn’t necessary for everyone but the understanding you gain from Reiki II will enhance your own experience no matter which path you choose.
