A two-day weekend course to help you understand the 38 Bach Flower Remedies and the tools to help you use them to support your own personal emotional wellbeing.

Handouts and course materials will be provided and the weekend will consist of a combination of group discussions, case-studies and individual reflections. There will also be opportunity to try the remedies for yourself and make a personalised remedy bottle to take home. 

The course will introduce you to all 38 individual Bach Flower remedies, including rescue remedy, and how they can be used to support individual emotional health and wellbeing.  All 38 remedies were discovered by Dr Edward Bach, a well-known physician and homeopath from Wales. He discovered that each remedy is associated with a basic human emotion such as anxiety or trauma. Mimulus, for example, is a flower remedy for when we are anxious or afraid about something specific like a phobia; taking the remedy helps us overcome our fear and face it with courage. Learning about all 38 remedies will help support your past and present emotional health and how you’d like to feel in the future. Having a knowledge of the remedies can help us overcome daily emotional stressors and build emotional strength.

There will also be the opportunity to upgrade your training to a Level 1 Bach Foundation Certificate with a further 1-hour online training session later in the year, if this is something that interests you. More details will be provided on the day.
