Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order for any reason, save for digital content, it can be returned to YLK Mentors within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging and received at YLK Mentors in re-sellable condition. We recommend you use tracked/recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for returns that fail to reach us.
If you are returning an order or part of an order due to an error on our part, we will refund the return delivery charges you incur. However, for returns that are not a result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for any costs involved in its return.
Cancellation or Changes to your Order
Please check that the details of your order are correct and accurate before you submit your order. We cannot guarantee to be able to meet any request to change your order once we have issued an Order Confirmation. Digital Content
Digital Content is non-refundable once you have been granted access to such content and you lose your 14 day right to cancel.
Delivery Charges
UK Standard Delivery is charged at £2.99.
We aim for UK deliveries to be received within 3-5 working days from the date of shipping.

Please note: For International orders it may take up to 21 working days to receive your delivery.
Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be).

Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
