Christmas can be a joyous season for many, but it can also be stressful when it comes to your relationship with food. Intuitive Eating is a framework with ten principles, such as rejecting diet culture, learning to tune in with your hunger and fullness signals, and the importance of food satisfaction. It can be a useful tool in helping you to improve your relationship with food and feel confident within yourself. As an intuitive eater you can allow yourself to fully enjoy holiday periods such as Christmas without any stress when it comes to food.
