Join us for 3 weekly meditation sessions this Spring, prioritising mental clarity, mindfulness, and quietening that chatter. Many people think meditation is not for them, but meditation is something that everyone can pick up and use every day of the week – whether that is giving yourself a quiet moment of reflection, the opportunity to check in with how you are feeling, or understanding yourself on a deeper level. It doesn’t always mean sitting in a candle-lit room with your eyes closed and your legs crossed on the floor either! Sometimes you just need a couple of minutes to breathe and centre yourself.
These meditation sessions will give you this opportunity, guiding you on how to keep a weekly or even daily discipline that will take you forward throughout the year. Our modern days can often be filled with stress – filtered in from work, family responsibilities, relationships, and the ever present problems that face our world on a daily basis. Keeping up a meditative discipline to help connect you back to yourself in stressful moments is a real, supportive tool to help you check in mentally and emotionally.
