Split into sections, this home study course enables you to complete the Reiki One course in your own time, piece by piece, with guidance and feedback at every step of the way from Yvette and Ruth, our Reiki Masters. If time, travel, or ability prevents you from joining our online or in-person events, of if you simply prefer a slowed down learning style, then this course is perfect for you. Upon purchase, you will receive the first section to complete at your own pace – with each section you complete, you will be given feedback before you move onto the next section. There is no fixed date of completion, nor is there expectation of one, but contact is encouraged and guidance offered whenever you need it.
In this course you will:
- Complete sections of your Reiki Workbook one at a time, which includes exercises, essential resources, diagrams, and useful tools that you can implement into your daily life. All work must be completed and marked for you to receive a certificate.
- Take the time to practice what you learn in your day-to-day life and effectively use these tools as an everyday practice.
- Discover the foundation blocks of Reiki, such as the hand positions and chakras.
- Receive marking, feedback, and on hand guidance from our Reiki Masters.
- Go by a self-determined pace, allowing time for self-reflection and creating a disciplined practice.
This course is designed solely around you and your own personal development, by building up your connection to the Reiki energy. Students will be given the opportunity to practise and use a discipline to maintain this connection in order to enrich your process of learning. The Home Study courses are unique in that you have the time and space to practice what you learn as you go, allowing you to refine (and make mistakes!) the techniques and exercises given throughout.
All instructions will be included in the Reiki Workbook sections that you receive and guidance from our Reiki Masters will be on hand if needed.
