When I look back at where I begun my journey in this work, I can say that it has been such a long time since I started. We are absolutely amazing as human beings, and I’m sure I will always be fascinated by that.

I have often heard on the journey that I made to heal myself, that it is very messy. It can be uncomfortable and very challenging, and I completely agree with that. I feel we can choose how far we want to go, to how much we want to learn and understand about ourselves. The passion I had with this work started when I eradicated my own tumour and illness. I wanted to share a part of my story, as I believe we can all make changes in our life. I became so fascinated with helping people, that I decided to train in as many things that I could, from the physical, the mental, and the energetic, and I had some of the greatest mentors to help me along the way. I would have never believed that my body could have been ill from the things that happened to me in my childhood, but I discovered that in many teachings, a lot of it is related. No matter whether it is true or not, the perception of where you stand will feed a story.

When I helped myself, I was approached by somebody who had heard of what I did, and they asked me if I could help them. I was a bit reluctant at first, as I was only beginning my training; I had qualified as a meditation guide and my training was all about stillness, awaiting the understanding instead of putting a story there. It was that person that I helped, perhaps the first person, and my consultant at the time who encouraged me to train and help others. I made a pact with myself that I would help others as long as I helped myself. You might hear me saying this a lot, that if you are in an aeroplane and it starts coming down, you have to learn how to put the oxygen mask on yourself before you help others, and I still very much believe in that today.

Many people come to me for help because they want change in their lives; lives that have become so eclipsed by illness, trauma, tragedy, separation, and grief. These things can have a big impact and some need a helping hand or a mentor to guide them through it. One of the most amazing things is that when I work with people, I get an impression of where they and where they have come from. And I share with people most importantly how not to judge their life, which helps them to release patterns and traits that have added to the problems in their lives.

My passion has guided me to help people face the intricate webs they have become tangled in without judgement or criticism and helping them to change their perception so they can be more connected in an understandable logical way. Don’t be defined by bad experiences…as my grandfather always said “Out of something bad, comes something good”.

“Nature is the source of all true knowledge.  She has her own logic, her own laws, she has no effect without cause nor invention without necessity.”

Leonardo da Vinci

I teach people to connect to themselves because I believe that all the answers, knowledge and wisdom are inside each and every one of us. It’s time to make that change, click here and find out how.

The most amazing insight is when you see the story you tell yourself and how life became complicated because of it.  I help teach clients the tools they need to untangle the web, to navigate the ups and downs in life more freely, bringing conscious awareness to the cause and effect of their actions and reactions. Thus, giving them a greater sense of freedom, balance and clarity.
