My mission in life is to help as many people to feel whole and content, to feel calmness and spread the understanding that we truly can change many things in life. After eradicating my tumour and illness, I share with people the key elements that led to my own freedom. There is a saying that illness comes from pain, suffering, and a lack of happiness in our life. I totally get it as I understand what created my illness and from this I created steps to highlight the main issues, address it in a different way to release the damage and effect our negative experiences can have on us.
I truly believe that if we learn to understand where something comes from and change our perception then we can move anything. I have spent many years observing people’s behaviours, habits and what truly keeps them from creating change. I can remember when I was stood teaching a Reiki class and being connected to the energy in that moment made me realise how logical everything really is.
Leonardo da Vinci said – “Nature is the source of all true knowledge. She has her own logic, her own laws, she has no effect without cause nor invention without necessity.”
My passion has guided me to help people face the intricate webs they have become tangled in without judgement or criticism and helping them to change their perception so they can be more connected in an understandable logical way.
Don’t be defined by bad experiences…as my grandfather always said “Out of something bad, comes something good”.

The most amazing insight is when you see the story you tell yourself and how life became complicated because of it.
