Rachel has designed The Coven for those who wish to take the next step in their life – to step into your own personal power and ground yourself in moments of transformation and change. The gathering consists of 6 sessions a year, in collaboration with experts whose work is centred around supporting and empowering women.

The gathering of these sessions will focus on creating a supportive community; a space created for guidance, building confidence, and solidifying the connection you have with yourself.

It is a wonderful way to not only connect with nature, but also with ourselves.

As a Mentor, Coach, Hypnotherapist, and Reiki Master, Yvette Karan will be joining The Coven and collaborating with Rachel as one of the visiting experts for two of the sessions.

Empowering the Woman Within will be a session addressing what is stopping you from using your own power to make things happen and create abundance in your life. You will look at the past, present, and future, and how they have ruled you or set you free. Along with meditations and using nature to connect symbolically with our own internal worlds, empowerment will be the focus of this session.

Yvette has also been given the honour of conducting the Croning Ceremony in the final session as a celebration of your work over the year, of stepping into yourself and your power, and the connection you have made with like-minded people along the way.
